Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet ready to dispatch. Full payment is collected at checkout. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page or in our Shipping Policy.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been dispatched by contacting us at admin@ameeramodesthub.com.au. If your pre-order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled under our standard return process. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, or if there is a significant delay beyond the estimated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with available options. These may include continuing to wait, choosing an alternative item, receiving store credit, or receiving a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide that remedy.
