At Ameera Modest Hub, we want your shopping experience to be simple and reassuring. We carefully check and package all orders, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for all online purchases.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide that remedy.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after 14 calendar days unfortunately cannot be accepted.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, or policy reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty:

Under caps & ninja caps

Jilbabs
-
Bodysuits, body tops & leggings

Swimwear
-
Perfumes, books & lifestyle items

Gift vouchers
-
Sale, promotional or discounted items

Items purchased during flash sales or sitewide promotions
3. General Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:

Be unused, unworn and unwashed

Have no makeup marks, perfume, or body odours

Have all original tags and packaging
-
Include the original invoice
-
Be securely packaged for return transit
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.
4. Return Postage Fees

Return postage for change-of-mind or wrong-size returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping but your return brings the order total below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
Ameera Modest Hub does not offer free returns unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Wrong/faulty item: We cover return shipping
4b. International Returns (Europe) For customers returning orders from Europe or other international destinations, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The same 14-day return window and eligibility conditions apply. Ameera Modest Hub is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned parcels.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

We recommend using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for lost untracked parcels.
6. Refunds
Ameera Modest Hub primarily offers store credit for eligible returns.
Store credit:

Is issued once your return is received and inspected

Is valid for 12 months

Does not include postage fees
Refunds to original payment method are only offered when:

The incorrect size or colour was shipped

The wrong item was sent
-
The item arrived damaged or faulty
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.
7. Preorder Cancellations & Refunds
Preorder items may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us at admin@ameeramodesthub.com.au.
If your preorder has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If we are unable to fulfil a preorder, or if there is a significant delay beyond the estimated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with available options. These may include continuing to wait, choosing an alternative item, receiving store credit, or receiving a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Once a preorder item has been dispatched, it will be handled under our standard return process, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Mix & Match Bundle Returns
Our Mix & Match Bundle offer must begin with an eligible abaya or dress as the main qualifying product. Customers may then add eligible bundle items to receive the applicable discount.
The bundle discount is applied as follows:
- 5% off when purchasing 3 eligible bundle products
- 10% off when purchasing 5 eligible bundle products
Eligible bundle items may be returned individually if they meet our standard return conditions. If returning one or more items means the order no longer qualifies for the original bundle discount, the refund or store credit amount may be adjusted to reflect the discount that applies to the items kept.
If the main qualifying abaya or dress is returned, cancelled, unavailable, or refunded, the bundle discount may be removed from the remaining items and the refund or store credit amount may be recalculated accordingly.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please:

Return the original item (if eligible)

Use your store credit or place a new order once the return is processed
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@ameeramodesthub.com.au with:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue

A brief description of the problem
If confirmed, we will:

Cover return postage, and
-
Offer either a replacement or a full refund
Faulty items must be returned in original condition where possible.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund including shipping.
Once shipped, the order can only be handled through our standard return process.
11. Additional Notes

Items purchased from third-party stockists must be returned directly to the original store.

During seasonal or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
