1. Where We Ship We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, New Zealand, and Europe (including select European countries).
2. Australia Shipping We offer flat-rate and express options through Australia Post.
Standard Shipping:
- FREE for orders $120 and over
- $10 for orders under $120
Express Shipping:
- $15 for all orders (Express delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post and your location.)
3. New Zealand Shipping All rates are in AUD.
Standard Shipping (weight-based):
- Up to 0.5 kg: $15.00 AUD
- 0.5 – 1.0 kg: $20.00 AUD
- 1.0 – 1.5 kg: $25.00 AUD
- 1.5 – 2.0 kg: $30.00 AUD
- 2.0 kg and above: $35.00 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $200.00 AUD and above.
Express Shipping (weight-based):
- Up to 0.5 kg: $25.00 AUD
- 0.5 – 1.0 kg: $30.00 AUD
- 1.0 – 2.0 kg: $40.00 AUD
- 2.0 kg and above: $45.00 AUD
Estimated Delivery: Standard 6–14 business days | Express 5–8 business days
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon entry into New Zealand.
4. Europe Shipping We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. All rates are in AUD.
Standard Shipping (weight-based):
- Up to 0.25 kg: $25.00 AUD
- 0.25 – 0.5 kg: $25.00 AUD
- 0.5 – 1.0 kg: $35.00 AUD
- 1.0 – 1.5 kg: $45.00 AUD
- 1.5 – 2.0 kg: $65.00 AUD
- 2.0 – 2.5 kg: $70.00 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $250.00 AUD and above.
Express Shipping (weight-based):
- Up to 0.25 kg: $35.00 AUD
- 0.25 – 0.5 kg: $40.00 AUD
- 0.5 – 1.0 kg: $50.00 AUD
- 1.0 – 1.5 kg: $60.00 AUD
- 1.5 – 2.0 kg: $70.00 AUD
- 2.0 – 2.5 kg: $80.00 AUD
Estimated Delivery: Standard 5–10 business days | Express 3–6 business days
Please note: International orders shipped to Europe may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders under approximately €150 EUR are generally not subject to import duties within the EU.
5. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
6. Preorder Items Some products may be offered as preorder items. Preorder items are expected to dispatch within 1–3 weeks, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available. If you would like available items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply. Once your preorder has been dispatched, the delivery timeframes listed in this Shipping Policy will apply. If there is a significant delay or we are unable to fulfil your preorder, we will contact you with available options.
7. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking can be viewed directly on the Australia Post website.
8. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
Incorrect Address: If your order has not shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee redirection.
Return to Sender: A reshipping fee will apply for redelivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Stolen or Lost Parcels: Once a parcel is marked Delivered by Australia Post, Ameera Modest Hub is not liable for theft or loss. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. If your parcel is missing, we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Damaged Parcels: We are not responsible for parcels that are damaged after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help lodge a claim with the carrier.
9. Delays While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high postal volumes, customs processing, or courier network issues. We will always assist in tracking and resolving delayed deliveries, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
